DataOwl products are in the process of rebranding to match Fyllo products! This means a new version of the menu integration is available to retail partners who are currently subscribed to the BioTrack via DataOwl menu integration.
The BioTrack via DataOwl menu integration option will no longer be supported as of April 1, 2023.
For retailers who are currently using the BioTrack via DataOwl menu integration, it is easy to connect to the newest BioTrack via Fyllo menu integration.
By following the steps outlined in this article, you will be up and running on the latest BioTrack via Fyllo integration within 1 day, where you will receive more stability, more product options, and save time!
Upgrade Process
1. Disconnect your existing BioTrack via DataOwl integration in Leafly
- Log in to Leafly Biz and navigate to your integrations settings.
- Once there, follow the steps in this article to disconnect your current POS integration.
- After you disconnect your current POS integration, you are ready to re-connect to BioTrack via Fyllo.
2. Connect to the latest BioTrack via Fyllo menu integration
Now that you have disconnected the old BioTrack via DataOwl menu integration, you can configure the new BioTrack via Fyllo menu integration.
Follow the steps outlined in the Fyllo Menu Integration Guide here to generate your Leafly menu API key.
Once you have your Leafly menu API key, you'll need to share that with the Fyllo team because Fyllo's account setup is a managed service. The Fyllo team will complete integration setup on your behalf.
To activate your Leafly menu, please reach out to the Fyllo Retail Solutions team (RetailSolutions@hellofyllo.com) to activate your location. Please include the following information in your email, as it is required for activation:
- Leafly-generated API key (created in the Leafly setup portion of the guide)
- Location address
- Requested activation date
