To submit a cancellation of services, please complete the cancellation request form here. You will need to select the: Cancel my Leafly Subscription option from the drop-down.
When you submit a cancellation request for Leafly's services, we create a unique tracking number for your request. This allows us to accurately track the progress of your cancellation and ensure that it is processed in a timely manner. Additionally, our cancellation form includes fields for capturing your cancellation date and the reason for your cancellation.
⚠️ Completing the cancellation form is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in cancellation not being processed. For a more comprehensive understanding of our cancellation policy and detailed terms, please refer to our Master Services Agreement (Section 9).
