If you are experiencing your point of sale’s menu not syncing with your Leafly menu, we advise double-checking that your API keys or your credentials match what you have within your point of sale back office.
If this is your first time syncing your point of sale with Leafly, and you are having issues with your menu items not showing, then we would advise you to make sure you have completed all the steps required to complete the integration. This includes the set-up on both the Leafly side and the point of sale side.
