Return Shipping:
- Leafly will cover the cost of shipping.
- Canada customers will be responsible for paying customs fees.
- Non-compliance: Non-compliance with these return conditions will result in charges for the full cost of the printer of $295.
- No Return Restocking Fee: Failure to return the printer within 30 days of cancellations will result in charges for the full cost of the printer of $295.
How to Return Your Device:
- Packaging: Pack your printer in the box it arrived in, along with the packing materials and charger. If the original box is unavailable, please use a sturdy alternative and secure packaging materials to protect the device during shipping.
- Shipping Label: Please email help@leafly.com for a return label. Print out the attached shipping label, attach it to the securely sealed box.
- Shipping Options: Return the package by dropping it off at the local drop-off facility for the designated carrier on the shipping label.
