Leafly Pickup has some built-in notifications to help you manage your pickup requests. Once a new request comes in (you will get a desktop notification, printer notification, blink notification, or email notification) you have 15 minutes to confirm you received it, and then 30 minutes to fulfill the request before a notification will appear.
You can always reach out to a customer directly by using the chat feature within the Leafly order dashboard to let them know if there is a delay or if a change needs to be made, or call the customer directly using the phone number on their order. If you anticipate a delay or are experiencing an unusually high volume of Pickup requests, let the customers know early on.
