If you are experiencing issues receiving email notifications for new reviews left for your location, we’d advise first making sure that you have logged into Leafly Biz and then do the following:
- Select Settings
- Check the box under Email when section: a new review is posted (see image below)
Once that has been checked you will also need to double-check that an email is supplied within the Email field by doing the following:
- Select Store Information Settings
- Input applicable email address into the Email field
