Why can’t I decide what reviews do or do not show on my page?

We here at Leafly strive to protect the integrity of our user's ability to review locations and products in order to build and maintain trust. This is why we have been able to build such a large and loyal user base. As far as Reviews go, we understand they can be unpleasant to deal with, which is why we provide you the tools to respond to users directly in attempts to resolve issues in addition to the ability to dispute reviews in violation of the Terms of Use. 

Additionally, it’s positive for users to see that the reviews are both good and bad and that we give you the opportunity to reply and show you are engaged with your customers and make things right. If everyone had 5-star ratings the listings become suspect at best and users wouldn't trust that the reviews are accurate.
