If you’re experiencing issues with not receiving confirmation texts for a Pickup order then it’s possible you’ve accidentally opted out of all text messages in a prior Pickup chat. Our SMS partner, Twilio will automatically perform an opt out if a single word text containing CANCEL, STOP, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. So, for example, replying STOP will stop the customer from receiving messages from Leafly Pickup, but replying "STOP PLEASE" or "PLEASE CANCEL" will not.
You can reverse this opt out and resume receiving messages by sending a START, YES or UNSTOP command within that same Pickup text message.
