If a customer selected an item that you just ran out of or an item was listed by mistake, don't worry!
If you are out of an item, you can offer the customer a substitution or alert them of the change to their order by using the chat functionality available in your Leafly order dashboard or call the customer directly using the phone number on their order. Customers will be able to view and respond to any messages you send them from anywhere on Leafly.
You will see a red chat bubble on the order if a customer has reached out to you through the chat functionality:
