Brand pages can get reviews from users that have tried those products. We advise replying to all reviews left for locations positive or otherwise.
In order to do this first, log into Leafly Biz and select the Reviews option from the left side panel:
Here, you can find the reviews left on your products. Additionally, you can also search for specific products and locate their reviews.
You’ll see a Reply button next to each review. Clicking this option will allow you to reply back to the user leaving the review. After typing your reply, click on the 'Post' button. These replies are public on your product.
This is a great way to say thank you or to also to acknowledge their feedback:
If you feel that a review violates Leafly’s Terms of Service (Section 6.1) you can dispute the review by selecting the Dispute next to each review under the Reviews tab of Leafly Biz. In the dispute field, please provide our Moderation team with as much information as possible on the violation. No matter the outcome, our Moderation team will send you an email to let you know if the review will be left on the site or removed from the site.
