In order to submit a review dispute within your Leafly Biz Dashboard, we require having an email address filled out within the ‘Email’ field of your Settings.
To see if you have an email address listed, head into the ‘Settings’ tab within your Leafly Biz Dashboard and click on ‘Edit Store Settings’. Here you will want to make sure there is a correct email address filled in:
