If any of the fields entered are incorrect you will see an Unable to connect to Cova error message appears.
We advise reviewing all data that has been entered into the applicable fields for Cova Store ID, Cova Client ID, Cova Password, Cova Username, Cova Company ID, Cova Grant, and Cova Client Secret for possible errors.
We'd also recommend you double-check that you have Available Inventory at that location within Cova. If you do not have inventory at that location, please add it and then you will be able to activate the sync.
If this does not resolve the issue then we advise double-checking that you have changed your password and that the new one includes the required one special character. Please refer to your onboarding email sent from Cova for additional information.
