What Actions Are Disabled in the Order Dashboard with My Order Integration?

If you are currently using any of Leafly’s POS order integrations, some actions are disabled or read-only on the Leafly Order Dashboard. Leafly has the following order integrations on Leafly: 

  • Cova
  • Dutchie (Leaf Logix)
  • I Heart Jane
  • FlowHub
  • Blaze
  • Treez

These actions are not available in the Leafly Order Dashboard because they are meant to be managed in your POS. Below is a list of actions that will become unavailable when an order integration is enabled: 

  • Making updates to order statuses
  • Bulk updates to orders
  • Saving a note to an order
  • Editing or modifying an order (substitutions, removing or adding an item)
  • Placing a test order

However, you can still do the following activities in the Order Dashboard:

  • Filtering and viewing orders by their current status
  • Searching active and completed orders
  • Chat with a customer about their order
  • Print/reprint a receipt
  • View order details and order status change log associated with each order
  • View ID images for delivery orders
  • Copy customer information
  • Export a report of completed orders
