With our billing portal, you can make payments for your current and outstanding balances with ease. You no longer have to worry about delays or missed payments, as you can make payments at your own convenience. In addition to making payments, you can also access your account history and view and download invoices for your records. This feature enables you to keep track of your spending and stay on top of your finances.
Our billing portal also offers you the option of managing your payment methods. You can add or remove payment methods as per your preference and update your billing information at any time. Furthermore, you can access your subscription details through the portal. You can view important information such as your subscription start and end dates, the type of subscription you have, and any other relevant details.

Who has access to the Billing Portal?
We take the security of billing information seriously and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to it. Initially, access to the billing portal is granted to the billing admin who is assigned to your location.
You are unable to grant others access to the Billing Portal. If you need to include any other contacts, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your Leafly Account Number or Store ID.
Accessing your Billing Portal
In order to access the Billing Portal, you must first log into the Leafly Business Platform. If you do not yet have Leafly Business access, it will be granted when you receive billing access.

Viewing Subscription Information
Once logged into the billing portal, click on the Subscriptions tab at the top of the page to quickly navigate to your subscriptions section. Once on the Subscriptions page, you will then have visibility to the active or expired subscription(s) related to your account.
To view the details and products included in your subscription, click on the subscription name hyperlink to view the details:
Obtaining Your Invoices in the Billing Portal
Once logged into the billing portal, select the Invoices tab at the top of the screen. This will bring you to the main Invoices page. When the Invoices page is loaded, you will see a list of all of your invoices.
When you have found the Invoice you are looking for, click the invoice number, and you will see a popup allowing you to save the invoice as a PDF or print it.
Viewing your Billing Account Balance
Upon logging in, the Home Screen will display an aggregate amount, including all open invoices and missed payments.
