The Greenbits (Menu Feed) integration option will no longer be supported as of April 1, 2022.
For retailers who are still on the legacy Menu Feed integration, it is easy to connect to the latest Greenbits menu integration.
By following the steps outlined in this article, you will be up and running on the current Greenbits menu integration within 10 minutes, where you will receive more stability, more product options, and save time!
1. Set up a new user/role in Greenbits
Log in to Greenbits Back Office and set up a new role and new user for your Greenbits <> Leafly integration. Please refer to the steps in this Greenbits help article.
The user information you create here, along with your location name within Greenbits, will be used to complete the menu integration on Leafly.
2. Disconnect your existing Greenbits (Menu Feed) integration in Leafly
Once you have created your new user/role in Greenbits, you are ready to make some changes in Leafly Biz. Log in to Leafly Biz and open your integrations settings. Once there, follow the steps in this article to disconnect your current POS integration.
After you disconnect your current POS integration, you are ready to re-connect to Greenbits using the credentials you created in step 1.
3. Connect to the latest Greenbits <> Leafly menu integration
Now that you have your Greenbits credentials and you have disconnected the legacy integration, it's time to reconnect and enjoy greater stability and product options.
