Stay on top of your game by accessing your Leafly Biz Dashboard. This powerful tool offers an array of reporting features to help you keep tabs on your listing's performance and boost your order potential.

Benefits of the Biz Dashboard Reporting

  • Platform Sessions: Analyze how your sessions are trending over time and gain insights into traffic sources across the web, as well as from Leafly's IOS / Android apps.
  • Platform Orders: Monitor your order volume, new customers, and average revenue. Focus on improving your ordering performance metrics (like 'average confirmation time') to increase your reorder rate from Leafly customers. Note that this reporting does not include orders from Embed, Kiosk, or test orders.
  • **Select custom date ranges to explore key time periods and understand how these results compare to previous weeks.
  • Export each of your reports to a CSV for further analysis.

**Platform Orders are only visible to Pro and Starter-tier subscription clients. For our Starter tier clients, reports will default to view the last 14 days of data and you cannot adjust the date range beyond that. For Pro tier clients, the report defaults to view the last 14 days of data and can change to a custom date range following the initial page load.

 

Biz Dashboard Homepage Reporting

After logging into your Biz Dashboard, your Dashboard homepage will display some data for a quick performance at-a-glance:

Here you can view from the last 4 weeks: 

  1. Recent sessions
  2. Total Reviews
  3. Recent Followers
  4. Recent GMV
  5. Recent Orders
  6. Recent Orders with a deal

At any point, if you need any further explanation of the definitions of each metric, you can click on the info icons:

If your location is Leafly online ordering enabled, towards the bottom of your Biz Dashboard, you can review your Order Fulfillment times. Preparing orders quickly will drive more orders to your location.

Navigating to the Orders and Sessions Reporting

To access more in-depth reporting on your orders and sessions, log into your Leafly Biz Dashboard. From there, navigate to the left side panel, select `Reports` and you will see options to review your Orders and Sessions.

Using the Orders and Sessions Reporting Tool 

Platform Orders

Platform orders will help you monitor your order volume, new customers, and average revenue. Focus on improving your ordering performance metrics (like 'average confirmation time') to increase your reorder rate from Leafly customers.

Selecting this option will provide you with an in-depth look at your ordering.  Your default reporting shows your most recent 14 days of platform order data. If you are a Pro-tier client, you can select a custom range of dates.

You can also explore your data to a CSV file using the 'export data' button found at the top right of the page. 

On this page, there are 3 tabs for you to further dive to analyze your data.

  • Activity: this report shows you information on your orders including totals, orders by source, number of orders with a deal, how many customers placed an order, and if the customer is new or returning
  • Revenue: this report shows the total value and average order value of your orders
  • Performance: this report shows you your average order conversion and completion rate, along with the fulfillment times. 

 

Sessions

Sessions reporting will help you analyze how your sessions are trending over time and gain insights into traffic sources across the web, as well as from Leafly's IOS / Android apps. This report does not include orders from Embed, Kiosk, or test orders.

You can also explore your data to a CSV file using the 'export data' button found at the top right of the page.
