Sorry to hear your order wasn't quite right. We do accept returns of unworn items within 30 days. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with this return. 


You can find our full return policy here, which notes the shipping details including address. Your new product will not be shipped until your return is received and condition is confirmed. If you require a new product more quickly than this, we suggest placing a new order and returning your original one for a refund instead of exchange. At that time, you'll receive a confirmation email as well as tracking information for your new package.
