Once a Pickup order has been Completed within the Leafly system you’ll receive an SMS requesting feedback on your experience. You will be prompted to provide 1 - Yes,  2 - No, or STOP - To opt out of all future SMS notifications for Pickup.


For all negative Pickup experiences you’ll receive a secondary prompt to provide feedback on the experience with the following options:


  • SLOW - if it took too long

  • STOCK - if you didn’t get what you ordered

  • SERVICE - if the service wasn’t great

  • OTHER - for another reason


You’ll also receive a link to our Leafly Pickup feedback form for as an additional option to provide feedback and details on your Pickup experience.
