Inventory linked to products in Leafly's master catalog will automatically inherit brand-provided images, descriptions, and product reviews. Additionally, nearby shoppers will be directed to your dispensary when searching for a Brand or Product that has been linked to your inventory. We try our best to automatically link inventory items to known products in Leafly's catalog.
Sometimes, we need your help verifying if we have accurately linked your items.
Leafly Enrichment Tools
All enriched products are managed directly within the Leafly Biz Dashboard, providing visibility into these products from both the Enrichment Tools section and your Menu Manager.
To get started:
- Log into your Leafly Biz Dashboard - Where do I access my dispensary Leafly Biz Dashboard?
- Click on the Menu drop-down found on the left navigation panel.
- Select the Enrichment Tools to access the page
Once landing on this page, you will see the Automated Enrichment Tools. Here, you will have access to:
- Verifying Product Links
- Viewing your Enriched products
Verifying Product Links
Product links verified as correct in this workflow will automatically inherit product data the brand provides on Leafly. The menu items will inherit the following information:
- Photo - Brand provided
- Product Name
- Strain (if applicable)
- Description
- Product Reviews
To verify your product links:
- Click on the verify product links hyperlink found on the Enrichment Tools homepage.
You will see an overlay to verify the links. At the bottom of the product details, there are three options: skip, yes, and no.
Review the Source Inventory Item information and then review the Brand Verified Product information.
- If the information present is correct, click yes.
- If you are unsure or need more time, click skip
- You can always resume at anytime when using this option
- If the information present is not correct, click no
Viewing Enriched Products
You can easily cycle through and filter your Enriched menu products.
To verify your product links:
- Click on the verify product links hyperlink found on the Enrichment Tools homepage.
You will be brought to your Menu Manager, with the menu already filtered to these products.

You can also view these items from within your Menu Manager by those that need action and those that have already been enriched.
From your Menu Manager homepage, click the Filter option:
Once within the Filter options, click on the Enrichment Status drop-down to view and filter menu products that require action or those that have been enriched.
Inventory items with brand overlay data will have a green check in the “Enriched” column within the Menu Manager list view for quick easy visibility.
Correcting Incorrect Enriched Products
You can remove the links by accessing the product directly from your Menu Manager. Items that are flagged as being incorrectly linked will have original source data restored immediately.
After clicking on the product and once within the product details, click the information icon over the Linked Product area. From there, click the remove the link to edit
A pop-up will appear with confirmation. Once confirmed, the product will be unlinked from the brand information that was overlayed.
