This article details how to update the email address associated with your Leafly User Account. In order to update your email address, you will need to be logged into your Account on either the web browser or the app.

Updating your email address: Web Browser

Follow the below steps to get started: 

• Open up www.leafly.com 
• Select the Menu icon (three horizontal bars) in the top left corner

Click on your Account Name to access your Leafly User Account Settings

Once you are in your Leafly User Account Settings: 

• Select 'Edit profile'
• Make the changes to the 'Email' field
• After updating your email, select the yellow 'save' button at the bottom of the page
  
  NOTE: You will receive an error and will be unable to update your profile details if you do not add a 'Preferred name'

Updating your email address: Leafly App

Follow the below steps to get started: 

• Open up the Leafly app.
• Click on the More option found at the bottom of the app
• If you need to log in, follow these steps: Logging into your Leafly User Account

• Click on the Account option
• Select the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner to access your Account Settings

• Update your email within the email field
• After any changes, select the save hyperlink as shown below
