How do I disconnect my point of sale?

To integrate your point of sale with Leafly, you will first want to log into your Leafly Biz Dashboard and complete the following steps: 

  • From the left-side panel, click on Settings 
  • When the drop-down appears, click on Integrations

When reviewing your Integration Settings page, it's important to carefully consider which option you choose for disconnecting your menu. Click on the 3 dots located next to your Integration Status to access the two options:

    • Disconnect and retain data from last POS sync - This option will disconnect your menu but retain the data from your last sync between Leafly and your point of sale.

    • Disconnect and restore pre-POS connected menu data - This option will disconnect your menu but restore the data from before you initiated the sync between Leafly and your point of sale. Please note that we cannot restore your menu once this option is chosen, so it's important to review your choice before proceeding.

After disconnecting, your location will be manually managing the menu and no longer connected to your POS inventory for live updates.
