How do I disconnect my point of sale?

To disconnect your POS integration from Leafly, you will first want to log into your Leafly Biz Dashboard and complete the following steps: 

  • From the left-side panel, click on Settings
  • When the drop-down appears, click on Integrations

Click on the 3 dots located next to your Integration Status to access the disconnect options, from here you will have 2 options:

    • Disconnect - This option will disconnect your point of sale and retain the menu data from the last sync between Leafly and your point of sale.

    • Disconnect and restore pre-POS connected menu data - This option will disconnect your point of sale and restore your menu data, if any, prior to the first menu sync from your point of sale.

After disconnecting, your location will be manually managing the menu and no longer connected to your POS inventory for live updates.
