If you do not see your Printer in the drop-down within Leafly Biz after installing PrintNode, we advise you to check to see if the printer drivers have been installed.
To check to see if the drivers have been correctly installed, open up the Settings on your computer and verify the printer is listed in your Printers & Scanners. If the printer is not displaying, you will need to reinstall the drivers onto your computer. For any assistance in installing the drivers, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
If your printer is showing in your computer’s Printers & Scanners, but is still not appearing in the list within your Leafly Biz Dashboard, log out and log back into your PrintNode application on your computer.
