People research products from various brands on Leafly throughout the day. By connecting brands in our database to menu items, locations can attract more traffic and orders from users looking for products. Locations with brand linking can be found through the search feature on Leafly or by visiting the brand page.
Brand linking can be achieved either manually or through your current POS integration. Some POS providers can seamlessly transfer strain data to Leafly Biz.

However, there may be occasions when you are unable to link a brand to menu items because the brand has is not on Leafly. If you notice that we are missing a brand, you can request its addition to our database so that you can properly link your menu items.
The missing brands will appear with a caution symbol on the menu item itself.
Additionally, when viewing the item on the main menu manager page, the brand column will not display a green check mark, which indicates that this brand is on Leafly.
Below is how a verified brand will appear if they are on Leafly:
If you need to add a brand, click on the let us know hyperlink directly under the brand name. Once doing so, a pop-up will appear.
To submit the request, click the submit button at the bottom of the page
Once you submit your request, an email will be generated and reviewed by our Compliance team to ensure that the brand can be listed on Leafly. Regardless of their decision, or if they have any additional questions, you will receive a response directly from them.
