Getting Started
To locate your Product Linking within your Brand profile, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Leafly Brand Biz Dashboard
- On the left side navigation panel, click on Products
- Select Product Link Manager
You will then land in your Product Linking Manager, where you can manage all pending and approved menu links associated with your product catalog..
You can further drill down into products by sorting or searching the table to find specific products, or by reviewing products with pending or approved links associated with them.
Reviewing and approving links
Once you click on an item, you can expand or collapse the product details on the page, depending on which information is critical when assessing each menu item
Depending on the status of the link associated with the menu item (either pending or approved), different actions will be made available.
- Approving a menu item link will result in menu item overlay if the product is published
- Rejecting a menu item link will remove the menu item from view and it should resurface as a potential link for this product.
Refining Menu Item Links
You can filter menu items based on the status of the link, which will make it easier to review all pending or all approved links. Additionally, you can utilize the search field next to the filters if you need assistance isolating or identifying a specific retailer's menu items.
Removing or rejecting product links
To remove or reject any existing product links, select the reject hyperlink under the actions column. Rejecting a menu item link will remove the menu item from view and it should resurface as a potential link for this product.
