Submitting a Manual Build Request
1. Use the Template (Recommended)
We recommend using our Manual Build Request Template to streamline your submission. The template is pre-formatted with all required fields, reducing the chance of missing information and minimizing processing delays.
To use the template:
- Download the spreadsheet template: Manual Managed Menus TEMPLATE.xlsx
- Complete all applicable fields for each product you are requesting.
- Save the file with a clear name indicating your store and the date (e.g., StoreName_BuildRequest_July2025).
- Email the completed file to help@leafly.com
2. Submitting Without the Template
If you choose not to use our template, you may submit your manual build request in your own spreadsheet format. However, your file must include the following required fields for each item listed below.

Field Details
- Brand Name: Enter exactly as shown on the product packaging.
- Product Name: Include the variant or flavor in the name.
- Strain Name: Optional, if applicable.
- Item Description: Optional, but helpful for menu accuracy.
- Category: Use standard categories (e.g., Flower, Vape Cartridge, Edible).
- THC (mg or %): Optional, if available.
- CBD (mg or %): Optional, if available.
- Product Image: Optional. Recommended size is 1600px x 1600px. Provide a link or attach the image directly.
- Price: Required for each product variant.
- Qty/Weight Variants: Specify the exact weight or quantity (e.g., 3.5g, 7g, 28g).

If your store carries multiple flavor variants of the same product line, list each variant as its own row.

✅ List Weight Variants Separately
If a product has multiple weight options, list each weight and its price as its own row.
Example:
