You can create and manage deals that apply across multiple stores in your organization. This guide explains how multi-store deals work and walks you through creating one from start to finish.

You can create new deals, edit existing deals, and apply promotions across multiple stores at once.

Things to Know

  • You must be an MSO admin with access to the All Stores view.
  • Only stores on eligible tiers can publish deals (Info tier stores can’t be selected).

⭐ At this time, multi-store setup supports entire order discounts. More deal types are coming.

Create a Multi-Store Deal

 

Open the All Stores Deals Dashboard

 

Start a new deal

  • Click Create deal.



 Choose where the deal applies 

  • Select the states or provinces where the deal should apply. If you manage more than one state/province, choose all that apply from the dropdown so the store list is filtered correctly.
  • After selecting states/provinces, use the Stores dropdown that appears to choose the locations this deal will apply to. You can Select all or pick a subset.

Note: If you don’t see a state/province you manage, you may be viewing a different organization. Return to your Enterprise Dashboard and switch organizations, then repeat the steps above. Follow the steps on this page to switch your organization: Switching Between Stores & Organizations

 

Set the deal details (entire order discount)

  • Fill out the rest of the deal form as you would for a single store entire order deal. Typical fields include:
    1. Discount amount or percentage
    2. Minimum spend
    3. Eligibility rules (if applicable)
    4. Deal title/Menu type
    5. Date range
    6. Deal image

 

Review and publish

  • Review the deal summary and confirm the list of stores included.
  • Publish the deal. Only eligible stores (non–Info tier) will be included on publish.

 


View and manage your multi-store deal

  • After publishing, the deal appears in the All Stores Deals Dashboard where admins can edit or end it.
  • Each included store will see the deal in its store-level Deals Dashboard, but store users cannot edit or delete it. Changes must be made from the All Stores view by an admin.

 


 

FAQ

Why can I only set up entire order discounts for multiple stores?

Entire order discounts are the first deal type available for multi-store setup. We plan to offer more deal types in the future. This type of discount works best across multiple stores because it isn’t linked to specific menu items—which often vary between locations.

Tip: You can still create other deal types (like category- or item-based deals) at the individual store level.

 

Why don’t I see all the states or provinces I manage in the dropdown?

When you’re in the All Stores view, you’ll see the states or provinces tied to the organization you’re currently viewing. If your company manages more than one organization, you might only see locations for one at a time. To switch:

  1. Go back to your Enterprise Dashboard.
  2. Select a different organization you manage.

Since most deals apply within a single state or province, this shouldn’t affect your ability to create and manage deals.

If I create a deal in the All Stores view, will it appear in each store’s Deals Dashboard?

Yes! When you create a deal in the All Stores view, it will automatically appear in the Deals Dashboard for each individual store included in that setup. Keep in mind that only organization-level admins can edit or remove the deal. Individual stores will be able to view it but not make changes.

 

Can other admins in my organization see and manage the deals I create in the All Stores view?

Yes. Other organization-level admins who have access to the same organization will see the deal in the All Stores view. They’ll also be able to edit, manage, or remove it as needed
