You can create and manage deals that apply across multiple stores in your organization. This guide explains how multi-store deals work and walks you through creating one from start to finish.

Create a Multi-Store Deal
Open the All Stores Deals Dashboard
- In Leafly Biz, switch to the All Stores view for your organization.
- In the left navigation, select Deals to open the Deals Dashboard.
Start a new deal
- Click Create deal.
Choose where the deal applies
- Select the states or provinces where the deal should apply. If you manage more than one state/province, choose all that apply from the dropdown so the store list is filtered correctly.
- After selecting states/provinces, use the Stores dropdown that appears to choose the locations this deal will apply to. You can Select all or pick a subset.
Note: If you don’t see a state/province you manage, you may be viewing a different organization. Return to your Enterprise Dashboard and switch organizations, then repeat the steps above. Follow the steps on this page to switch your organization: Switching Between Stores & Organizations
Set the deal details
Deal details will vary depending on the type of deal you select. Typical fields include:
- Deal title
- Date range
- Days of the week
- Deal image
Once these details are filled out, click “continue to next step” and start setting your deal Conditions.
Selecting eligible menu items using conditions
Setting inclusions and exclusions will follow the same method as the individual store experience. Set all relevant inclusions and exclusions that would apply to the deal in Step 2.
Review and publish
- Review the deal summary and confirm the list of stores included.
- For each store you can review the current eligible menu items based on the conditions set. Use the dropdown at the bottom of the page on the review step to select and review each store’s items.
- Publish the deal.
Click publish once all details of the step have been reviewed.
View and manage your multi-store deal
- After publishing, the deal appears in the All Stores Deals Dashboard where admins can edit or end it.
- Each included store will see the deal in its store-level Deals Dashboard, but store users cannot edit or delete it. Changes must be made from the All Stores view by an admin.
In some cases, you may see a message for a brief period of time after publishing the deal that indicates we are still compiling the deal details. During this period of time editing capabilities will be disabled.
Expand or collapse the location details on the deal card to view which stores are included in the deal.
FAQ
Why can I only set up entire order discounts for multiple stores?
Entire order discounts are the first deal type available for multi-store setup. We plan to offer more deal types in the future. This type of discount works best across multiple stores because it isn’t linked to specific menu items—which often vary between locations.
Tip: You can still create other deal types (like category- or item-based deals) at the individual store level.
Why don’t I see all the states or provinces I manage in the dropdown?
When you’re in the All Stores view, you’ll see the states or provinces tied to the organization you’re currently viewing. If your company manages more than one organization, you might only see locations for one at a time. To switch:
- Go back to your Enterprise Dashboard.
- Select a different organization you manage.
Since most deals apply within a single state or province, this shouldn’t affect your ability to create and manage deals.

Why is menu type not an option to set in the deal details?
If your organization operates a mix of store types—including dual-license stores (medical and recreational menus) and single-license stores (medical-only or recreational-only)—there is a limitation when creating deals for dual-license stores. From the multi-store view, you will not be able to create medical-only or recreational-only deals for dual-license locations. Deals created from the multi-store view must apply to both medical and recreational menu items for dual-license stores. If you need to run a deal that applies only to medical or only to recreational items at a dual-license store, it will need to be created in the single-store Leafly Biz deal builder.
Is Conditions the only way to define eligible menu items through bulk deal creation?
Yes, deal Conditions is the only method to select eligible menu items for deals - manual selection is not available for bulk deal creation.
Some of my stores use the I Heart Jane POS integration, how does category selection work for those?
Creating multi-store deals using Conditions that include a mix of stores on the I Heart Jane integration and stores using other integrations may be difficult to manage, as the product categories can differ between integrations. For I Heart Jane integrated stores, the I Heart Jane categories are what are used to define Conditions for that store. To avoid issues, please do not include both I Heart Jane stores and non–I Heart Jane stores in the same multi-store deal.
Can I see a consolidated list of all included menu items for each deal?
Eligible menu items need to be previewed for each store included in the deal individually during the review step. There is no consolidated view.
Why is the deal not immediately available to be edited or deleted after I create it?
New deals or edits to these deals may take a couple of minutes to reflect on your Deal dashboard, and on Leafly across all stores. If the deal is still being compiled, likely due to its larger size, it will display a message on the deal and edit and delete actions will temporarily be unavailable. If this seems like it is taking a while, refresh the page.
Can I see all deals across all of my organizations stores in this dashboard?
The Deal dashboard only displays deals created in the admin view at this time. Updates are planned to provide a more holistic view of all deals across each organization - however, that is not available yet.
Can Leafly create deals for my organization through this new bulk creation experience?
Leafly Support will not be able to create or manage deals in the Leafly Biz multi-store view on your behalf. They can only create and manage deals in the single store view at this time.
If I create a deal in the All Stores view, will it appear in each store’s Deals Dashboard?
Yes! When you create a deal in the All Stores view, it will automatically appear in the Deals Dashboard for each individual store included in that setup. Keep in mind that only organization-level admins can edit or remove the deal. Individual stores will be able to view it but not make changes.
Can other admins in my organization see and manage the deals I create in the All Stores view?
Yes. Other organization-level admins who have access to the same organization will see the deal in the All Stores view. They’ll also be able to edit, manage, or remove it as needed
