If your deals are missing from your Leafly page or aren’t appearing as expected, there are a few common reasons this may occur. Use the checklist below to troubleshoot and get your deals live again.
Step 1: Confirm Your Deal Is Active
Make sure your deal has both of the following:
Start Date: The deal’s start date must be set to today or earlier.
End Date: The end date must be in the future.
Day Selection: Make sure the correct days are selected.
Menu Type: Confirm you have the correct type of menu (Rec/Med) if you have dual menus.
Tip: Deals only appear during their scheduled date range. If you set a future start date, it will not display until that day.
Step 2: Check Menu Association
Deals only display when linked to products or menu items available on your active Leafly menu.
Ensure your menu is actively syncing and contains the products tied to your deal.
If your POS integration is disconnected or paused, your deal may not display.
Step 3: Refresh Your Page or Wait for Sync
Menu and deal updates can take up to 15–30 minutes to appear on your Leafly listing once changes are saved.
Log out and back into your Leafly account to confirm.
Clear your browser cache or check your listing in an incognito window.
