Testing your checkout flow ensures that customers can browse, add items to their cart, and complete an order successfully on your Leafly page. A quick internal test helps confirm that your menu, POS integration, notifications, and order management processes are all working smoothly before you go live.
Step 1: Confirm Your Store is Order-Enabled
Before testing, make sure:
Your menu is live and synced correctly from your POS. If you’ve recently reconnected your POS, allow up to 30 minutes for the first full menu sync.
You’ve enabled Pickup or Delivery
Your hours of operation and fulfillment hours are accurate.
Your POS integration is connected and actively syncing (no error banners in Admin).
