Setting up online ordering successfully ensures your customers can easily browse, place orders, and pick up or receive their items without issue. Use this checklist to confirm your store is ready to go live with both Pickup and Delivery ordering on Leafly.

 

Verify Business Hours & Fulfillment Settings

Make sure your operating hours and order fulfillment hours match what your team can handle in real time.

  • Confirm your store hours are accurate in Leafly Biz under Settings → Service Hours.

  • If you offer Pickup, ensure the hours match your in-store team availability.

  • If you offer Delivery, confirm your delivery zones and hours are configured.

  • Double-check holiday closures or special hours are updated to prevent orders when you’re closed.

Set Up Your Profile 

Make sure you have your imagery and descriptors about your location. 

  • Confirm you have uploaded both a logo and a cover photo.

Review Your Menu Setup

  • If you’re integrated with a POS, confirm product tags and types align correctly for sync.

  • Test an order to ensure status updates flow correctly.
