Customer reviews are essential for building trust and credibility, especially when you actively interact with them. Additionally, they can significantly increase your visibility on Leafly. Engaging with reviews and responding to them can boost your Leafly profile and help you stand out from the competition.
We recommend responding to every review, even the negative ones. A negative review can provide an opportunity to address misunderstandings and improve customer relations. A thoughtful response can potentially retain the customer's loyalty and even attract new business. One way to respond effectively is by inviting the customer back to your store for a better experience. If the customer agrees and provides a new review, the original negative review will be replaced with the new one.
If you feel that a review violates Leafly’s Terms of Service (Section 6.1) you can dispute the review.
To dispute any review, follow these steps:
- Log into your Leafly Biz Dashboard
- Click on 'Communications' from your left-side navigation panel
- Select 'Reviews'
- Once on your Review page, find the review you want to dispute.
- Click on the Dispute button
After selecting Dispute, please provide the Moderation team with as much information on the violation as possible for investigation.
Once you have written the reason for disputing a review, press the 'dispute' button to submit it to our Moderation team. Regardless of the outcome, they will send you an email to inform you whether the review will remain on the site or be removed from it.
Please bear in mind that review disputes may take up to 48 hours to be resolved.
