The Staff Picks feature in the Menu Manager allows you to highlight specific items that will appear first on your public-facing Leafly menu. These selections often include your best-selling products or items you want to draw special attention to.

Note: Although you can select multiple items as Staff Picks in the Menu Manager, only up to 18 items will be displayed on your menu.

How to: Add Items to your Staff Picks

To add items to your Staff Picks, access your Menu Manager, even if you are using a POS integration on Leafly. Staff Pick management is done on an item level.

  • Once inside your Menu Manager, scroll and search for the item you want to add. 
  • Click on the item to open up the product editing overlay
  • Scroll to the bottom to the Staff Picks checkbox
  • Check the box if you would like to add this item to the list.
  • After checking the box, click on Save and set active to publish any changes to the menu item immediately.

If you need to remove any staff picks, simply uncheck the checkbox and click on save and set active to publish any changes to the menu item immediately. 

 

Verifying your Current Staff Picks

Once you're in your Menu Manager, select the 'Filter' option. When the Filter side panel opens, click on 'Staff Pick'. Items marked as 'True' are currently selected as your staff pick, while items marked as 'False' have not been added to your staff picks.
