Leafly Return Policy for Eatabit and Schedule of Charges

At Leafly, we aim to make the return process for your Eatabit printer as straightforward and convenient as possible. Please review the details below to understand our return policy and the steps required for returning your device.

 

Return Policy Highlights:

  • Device Condition: Upon the cancellation of your subscription, printers must be returned in good condition, including all original components, within 30 days.
  • 2.3: Leafly Property - stating retailer obligations to not tamper/damage property, and obligation to return in good working order.
  • 8.1.5.: Stating that additional charges/fees apply for failure to return in good working condition; refers to the "then current schedule of charges" to determine amounts to be charged.

Schedule of Charges

Return Shipping Labels

  • United States: Leafly covers the cost of return shipping and provides a prepaid return label.

  • Canada:Retailers are responsible for any return shipping and applicable customs fees.

Deposit & Non-Return Charges

  • A $150 printer deposit is collected for all Eatabit printer orders.
  • If a printer is not returned within 30 days of cancellation, the deposit will be applied toward the non-return charge, and the remaining balance will be invoiced.

Non-Compliance / Failure to Return

  • Failure to return the printer in accordance with the return policy will result in a charge for the full cost of the printer ($295).
  • If a $150 deposit has already been collected, it will be applied to this amount, and the remaining $145 will be invoiced.

How to Return Your Device:

United States:

  1. Packaging: Pack your printer in the box it arrived in, along with the packing materials and charger. If the original box is unavailable, please use a sturdy alternative and secure packaging materials to protect the device during shipping.
  2. Shipping Label: Please fill out the Eatabit Printer Help Request Form to request a return label. Print out the attached shipping label, and attach it to the securely sealed box.
  3. Shipping Options: Return the package by dropping it off at the local drop-off facility for the designated carrier on the shipping label.
