Please note: The legacy Greenline Menu Integration v1.0 will no longer update your menu after October 31, 2024. In order to keep your menu updating regularly, you must update your integration settings prior to that date.
Process Overview
This article will walk you through the necessary steps to successfully migrate from the legacy Greenline Menu Integration v1.0 to the new Greenline Menu Pull Integration.
You will complete the following high level steps (in order):

(Optional) Disable the Greenline Order Integration in Leafly Biz

Disable the Greenline Menu Integration v1.0 in Leafly Biz

Set up the new Greenline Menu Integration in Greenline

Enter your Greenline Client and Location IDs in Leafly Biz to begin syncing your menu
(Optional) Disable the Greenline Order Integration in Leafly Biz
Please note: If you are using the Greenline Order Integration, you will need to disconnect it temporarily in order to update the Greenline Menu Integration. If you are not using the Greenline Order Integration, proceed to the next steps to disable the legacy Greenline Menu Integration v1.0.
Disabling the Order Integration
Follow these steps to disable the Greenline Order Integration in Leafly Biz.
- Open your web browser and sign into Leafly Biz → https://business.leafly.com/Admin
- From the left-side panel click on Settings
- Click on Integrations from the drop-down
On this page, flip the toggle to the "off" position to disable the order integration.

Disabling the legacy Greenline Menu Integration v1.0
To disconnect your legacy Greenline Menu v1.0 Integration from Leafly, you will complete the following steps:
- Within Leafly Biz, from the left-side panel, click on Settings
- When the drop-down appears, click on Integrations
Click on the 3 dots located next to your Integration Status to access the disconnect option:

Disconnect - This option will disconnect your menu but retain the data from your last sync between Leafly and your point of sale.

After disconnecting, you'll see the connect my POS button appear again in your integration settings.
Proceed to the next section to acquire your Greenline integration credentials.
Greenline Menu Pull Setup
Retrieving your Client and Location IDs from Greenline
Follow these steps to enable the order integration within Greenline.
- Open your web browser and sign into Greenline Back Office
- On the left hand side, navigate to Integrations → Overview
- Find the Leafly - Menu Integration tile
- Toggle the switch On
- Click the API Keys button in the upper right hand corner

Copy your Company ID and Location ID.
- Please note, if you have multiple locations, be sure to select the corresponding Location ID for the store you are configuring.

Leafly Setup
Navigate to Integration Settings
Follow these steps to enable the Greenline Pull Menu Integration integration in Leafly Biz.
- Open your web browser and sign into Leafly Biz → https://business.leafly.com/Admin
- From the left-side panel click on 'Settings'
- Click on 'Integrations' from the drop-down
Integration Setup - Getting Started
To get started, click on the Connect my POS option once on the Integration Settings page:
From the drop-down selection, choose the option: Greenline Pull. Select continue to next step to proceed to the next screen:
On this page, enter your Greenline Company ID and Location ID then click continue to next step:
The next screen will provide a data override warning. Click acknowledge and connect:
After doing so, you will see that the menu integration is now active:
