Leafly shoppers cannot cancel orders themselves, and these actions can be completed right in your Order Dashboard. A shopper can reach out to the dispensary by phone or they can request to cancel the order using the Leafly chat feature.
To cancel an order:
- Click on the order you need to cancel
- Once the order details open, click on the 3 dots:
If the customer indicates they wish to cancel the Pickup, the storefront must change the status of the Pickup to “Canceled - Canceled by Guest.” If a Pickup is still “Ready for Pickup” and the storefront has closed, after verifying the customer did not visit the store, the storefront must change the status of the Pickup to “Canceled - Abandoned Pickup.”
Please note: If you are using an ordering integration such as Dutchie (Leaf Logix) or Cova, you will be unable to perform these steps within the order dashboard. Canceling orders needs to be completed within your point of sale.
