Delivery location drivers have access to a portal that allows them to manage deliveries on the go. Additionally, drivers can view the government ID directly from the portal. To add drivers, go to the Leafly Biz Dashboard and follow the steps outlined in the article: Adding delivery drivers to your location
Once the registration email is sent and the email address is validated, you can access the orders from https://driver.leafly.com/.
Driver Portal Dashboard
Upon logging into the portal, you will see the following:
Once an order is assigned to the driver from the order dashboard, it will appear on the dashboard. Displayed are the order number, customer name, and customer address.
Handling Delivery Orders
Clicking the assigned order will display additional details such as delivery information and government ID. Drivers also can message or call the customer.
To advance the order through the delivery stages, click on the yellow status bar located in the order details or on the portal dashboard. To finalize the delivery, select Delivery Complete. This action will remove the order from your queue and sync it back to the Leafly Biz Order Dashboard.
