Eatabit Printer Shipping & International Customs

Due to recent trade relations changes, Canada is now actively enforcing tariffs and duties on international goods shipments.

If you have requested an Eatabit printer from Leafly, you will be impacted by these changes because Eatabit is based in the US and ships printers from their US warehouse.

Leafly does not assume responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or related tariffs assessed on international shipments. This means that any such customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or related tariffs are the sole obligation of the receiver and must be paid in full, typically to the carrier, before the package is released for delivery.

Failure to settle these fees may lead to delivery delays, return to sender charges, or other costs, which shall be the receiver’s responsibility. Further, the receiver shall have no right to demand from Leafly compensation for delays, commensurate cost reductions, and/or refunds related to such international shipment costs.

For any issues or concerns, we kindly request that you contact our support team at help@leafly.com. They will be more than happy to assist you in resolving any problems you may encounter.
