This article explains how to view the complete history of online orders for your location using Leafly’s Order Dashboard. You’ll learn how to access past orders, filter and search by date, and export order details to a CSV file for record-keeping. Reviewing order history is important for tracking sales performance, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate business records.
Locating your Order History
You can see a complete history of all of your past pickups within your Order Dashboard. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Leafly Biz Dashboard
- Navigate to the Order Dashboard
- Click the Order History tab
- Once inside the Order History, you can search for orders, or search for orders by date:
Exporting your Order History
Tip: When importing your CSV file, make sure to uncheck "Convert text to numbers, dates, and formulas". This will help retain leading zeroes for zip codes in the report.
- Use the 'Select items to see actions'
- Click the export button to export your order history as a CSV file
The exported CSV file will contain the following information from the order:
- Order ID
- Customer Name
- Order creation time
- Order Status
- Order total
- Delivery Order or Pickup Order
- Time Zone
- Zip Code
- City
